  Mark A Hope founded Asymmetric Applications Group, a global provider of marketing and strategy consulting services.  Formerly, he founded Pegasus Sustainability Solutions, Inc. in 2012 and serves as its founder, board member, and a significant shareholder.  Previously, he served as president and CEO of Epoch Insights, Inc., a global competitive strategy consulting firm, and as CEO of The Danubius Group, a broadcast media company headquartered in Budapest, Hungary.     Hope's career spans more than 30 years of leadership and management experience.  His experience with the environmental services industry began when he served as the senior vice president of sales for Safety-Kleen Systems, Inc., a $1 billion environmental services firm.  He worked for many years in a variety of senior management roles for The Coca-Cola Company - most of that time in Central Europe.  He has lived and worked in Vienna, Austria, Bucharest, Romania, Budapest, Hungary, and London, UK.  Hope's first career was as an Army Special Operations Officer, where he served in combat leadership roles with several elite military units.   Mark is very interested in entrepreneurship and the application of lean startup methodologies and is a believer in the power of building exponential organizations.  He reads extensively on these topics and makes every effort to employ these ideas in the operations of Asymmetric.  Additionally, because of his experience with startups, Mark has become very knowledgeable about raising various types of funding for early stage companies.    Mark's personal interests include activities with his family, travel, reading, outdoor activities, and freemasonry.  He lives in Madison, Wisconsin with his wife, Jolie, and three young children.  They spend a lot of their free time at their country home in beautiful Galena, Illinois.
